The IFRS9 gClass Staging Team, within the Enterprise Enabling Technology Solutions group is focused on developing the IT solution to enable the Bank to meet the IFRS 9 Reporting. The EETS Risk IFRS 9 GCSTG IT Support Analyst to join the IFRS 9 GCSTG Day2 workstream, where tasks include operational/process related analysis and support, analyze responses, and recommend solutions on data aggregation and reporting. The candidate will interact with the business SMEs, business analysts and developers.

Job Description
Provide daily support for GCLASS Staging data loads/extracts, issues/incident/problem investigation and resolutions.
Responsible for the development and execution of standard production support and operations processes for IFRS 9 Staging.
Coordination of production fixes and releases.
Work with the business to develop effective “To-Be” processes; identify and define detailed support and operational processes/procedures.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Application Managers, and Solution Designers as the business/functional counterpart in solution identification and maintenance.
Responsible for production support, incident and problem management and uses change management and policies and procedures to document, tract, assess impacts on changes to the application environment.
Support testing teams in translating requirements and test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing; participate in the testing of developed systems/solutions for production issues or fixes.
Support to the maintenance of production environment and works with other technology areas to identify production issues or takes support calls from business clients to manage production incidents from inception to resolution.
Assist with the transition service / technology from non-production to production (including gating and operability activities).
Follow established process and portal to engage ITS.
Job Requirements

Involved in all aspects of the business analysis process.
Education: University Degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering
