The Bell Mobility Business Marketing team works on a number of initiatives to drive growth for a portfolio of core mobility services and game changing products that enable businesses to connect with people, information and their customers. The team touches a number of innovative technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and other solution portfolios. 

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Business Analytics and Base Management, and will be accountable for a broad range of programs to drive upsell and increased revenue within existing Medium and Enterprise accounts. The chosen candidate will quarterback end-to-end marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and experience across the base, while managing retention and growth across business accounts. This high performing individual needs to be detail oriented, strategic, and analytical, with the ability to think outside the box and work within a fast-paced environment. They must successfully influence and deliver results with multiple cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Take-to-Market, Marketing Communications, Operations, Training, and more.

Job Duties/Accountabilities: 

• Develop, recommend and implement new marketing strategies to attain and exceed revenue objectives within the Medium and Enterprise base 
• End-to-end marketing and base management programs that drive upsell and revenue growth within business accounts 
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, Take-to-Market, Marketing Communications, Training to execute new programs. 
• Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment across key stakeholders and Senior Executives. 
• Monitor, analyze, and report weekly results, including the overall performance of programs and accounts 
• Actively contribute to the marketing planning cycle, including the development of quarterly and yearly business plans. 



• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, etc. 
• Advanced MS skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
• Communication and project management skills 
• Analytical and results-oriented 
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results within a large company. 
• Have the ability to adapt to a demanding and variable fast-paced environment, to manage many projects at the same time, to balance the many demands and to establish a priority list of projects in order to respect deadlines. 
• 2-3 years’ experience in launching marketing campaigns and programs 
• Advanced MS skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
• Salesforce experience is an asset
