Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Intern to support our North American Corporate Access team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations and successful events.


• Assist with various administrative tasks as directed.

• Handle ad hoc projects related to corporate access and marketing initiatives.

• Prepare and format weekly marketing documents for external and internal publication.

• Create eye-catching marketing flyers, invitations, agendas, and digital signage.

• Manage room bookings, catering, and meeting logistics.

• Maintain overall Salesforce / Tier 1 CRM data and the global calendar.

• Track group event attendance and manage RSVPs.

• Collaborate with event leads to organize conference website set-up.

• Handle logistics, attendance lists, and Salesforce reconciliation.

• Provide general assistance during on-site event set-up.

• Assist at the registration desk for in-person events.

• Strong verbal/written communication skills in English.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• High level of discretion when dealing with confidential matters.

• Good PC and presentation skills, including advanced knowledge of all MS Office Product suite.

• Attention to detail: Meticulous in handling data, documents, and event logistics.

• Accuracy: Committed to maintaining precise records and materials.

Working Conditions: • This position is currently an on-site role, with the expectation that you will work 5 days a week in the office.
