Corporate Access Intern
Reports to Associate Director, Corporate Access
We connect corporate management teams with current and potential institutional shareholders. Our Corporate Access team delivers customized non-deal roadshow programs, strategic planning, industry conferences, tours and field trips, expert panels and bespoke client opportunities.


Major Accountabilities
The Corporate Access Intern works together with the Corporate Access team on all aspects of day-to-day operations.
•Assist with day-to-day operations and tasks.
•Manage venue bookings, meeting logistics, and catering orders.
•Maintain and update Salesforce CRM data and the Global Calendar.
•Prepare and format marketing documents, flyers, signs, and itineraries.
•Support team leads with Global Industry Conference logistics, attendance lists, and on-site event setup.
•Manage RSVPs for group events and conferences.
•Provide conference portal setup and reconciliation support using CRM tools.
•Reconcile conference and event data.
•Perform general spreadsheet maintenance and ongoing Salesforce management.

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of MS Office 2010
• Excellent coordination, organizational, time-management and work prioritization skills
• Attention to detail, resourceful, and accountable in follow-up
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently to make decisions.
• Communicate clearly, articulately and succinctly in both oral and written form, with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organization
• Flexibility, high tolerance for change and an ability to learn quickly
•A professional demeanour and the ability to represent the company to clients and partners
•Knowledge of financial terminology and concepts is an asset
