Job Description:

Corporate Access Intern, Global Banking & Markets

Reports to Associate Director, Corporate Access

 

Major Accountabilities

The Corporate Access Intern works together with the Corporate Access team on all aspects of day-to-day operations.

 

Assist with day-to-day operations and tasks.
Manage venue bookings, meeting logistics, and catering orders.
Maintain and update Salesforce CRM data and the Global Calendar.
Prepare and format marketing documents, flyers, signs, and itineraries.
Support team leads with Global Industry Conference logistics, attendance lists, and on-site event setup.
Manage RSVPs for group events and conferences.
Provide conference portal setup and reconciliation support using CRM tools.
Reconcile conference and event data.
Perform general spreadsheet maintenance and ongoing Salesforce management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
Knowledge of financial terminology and concepts is an asset
