Learning Services Agent
What is the opportunity?
As the Learning Services Agent, you consult and execute on all TalentLink Learning administration and other administrative tasks associated with a learning solution, project, and/or program. Through execution excellence, this role also coordinates ‘end to end’ delivery logistics for all learning channels delivered globally, to provide a differentiated learning experience.
What will you do?
TalentLink Learning/Learning Management Services Administration:
- Create new TalentLink Learning item and setting up scheduled offerings on TalentLink Learning and support the Program Managers and business
- Create, upload, swap content and archive content using Learning Admin functions. E.g TalentLink, Workday
- Coordinate logistics for leader led learning deliveries including invitations, materials, catering, facilitator coordination, charge-outs, roster/history upload, and evaluations creation and distribution
- Guide, assist, and manage the end-to-end implementation of new, emerging, and maintenance of learning data/content/files for internal partners/external suppliers on development/production servers and TalentLink Learning for courses, curricula, tests, content and reporting across the full range of delivery channels supporting all business lines globally.
- Partner with Learning Designers and Developers, Business, RM’s to advise on best structure, assignment profiles, and upload learning offerings into TalentLink Learning
- Lead current system upgrades, and trouble shooting and resolving delivery issues
- Provide first-level support to Learners and responding to learning issues received/escalated from RBC Learning mailbox
- Identify trends and root cause of course issues to reduce errors
- Receive, review, process and submit invoices and follow-up on outstanding invoices
- Generate reporting and graphs against metrics contributing to monthly dashboard
- Provide live WebEx, TalentLink support to Learners and facilitators to provide a positive Learning experience
Continuous Improvement
- Participate and contribute to Learning Management Services discussions and Community of Best Practice meetings
- Participate in Program Post Implementation Reviews with key Learning & Development partners to support continuous improvement and ensuring that best practices are implemented
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of related business experience preferably in project management, change management or process improvement
- Proven teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills working with different levels of the organization
- Proven analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter and takes initiative
- Advanced MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- QA, Testing, root cause analysis
- Ability to work with new technology / applications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
- Bilingualism would be an asset
- LMS (Learning Management Systems, TalentLink Admin) experience
