We are looking for a Bilingual HR Representative who will provide assistance and guidance in the areas of benefits, payroll, pension, and HR applications. This includes Manager Tools, and TalentLink, to RBC employees and pensioners. In this role, you will also learn all about RBC programs and offerings from ground up.

This is an inbound contact center role at the Human Resources Service Centre located at 6880 Financial Drive in Mississauga. The hours of business are 8 AM to 8 PM. 

 

What will you do?

 

Provide an exceptional employee experience for 80 000 + RBCers! 
Answer phone and email inquiries by utilizing all available resources in compliance with Human Resources Contact Centre expectations (Don’t worry, your team is there to help!)
Ensure accurate tracking of calls within the call tracking system
Comply with RBC & Human Resources Service Centre policies, procedures & guidelines
Work with a great team in a contact center environment

 

What do you need to succeed?

 

Must-have

 

Must be bilingual English/French
Call Centre experience 
Exude confidence and energy with every call you take and have a team player mindset
Customer service experience and a proven track record of high-performance
Superb multitasking as you will navigate multiple systems
Think outside the box – our business is all about growth and great change
Critical thinking skills; detail oriented 

 

Nice-to-have

 

Contact Centre experience
Human Resources work experience or education 
Finance and banking background (we appreciate other perspectives too!)
