Job Description:

 

HR Analyst – Covid Rapid Testing

 

Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Strategy and Solutions, the HR Analyst participates in coordination and delivery of activities related to RBC’s Rapid Antigen Screening program.

 

What will you do?

Program Support:

  • Working with direction from the working team, continuously updates the project plan and ensure completion of tasks.
  • Uses data driven insights to optimize program operations and update stakeholders.
  • Creates fit-for-purpose reports to support transparency and evidence-based decision making for a diverse audience.
  • Monitors the program email box and respond to inquiries.
  • Performs audits on the submitted data and pictures.
  • Assists employees requiring accessibility accommodations.
  • Coordinates the relationship with stakeholders such as CDL, Health Canada, and peer companies.

Process Management and Operations:

  • Monitors business or work processes.
  • Updates and enhances existing business processes for simplification.
  • Coordinates the shipment of tests to participating employees, ensuring that all in-scope employees have enough supplies.
  • Prepares inventory forecasts and secure additional supplies from Health Canada or the manufacturer.

  • Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. 
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Ability to monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes for simplification.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Always learning mindset and ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.

 

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience coordinating programs or operations processes.
  • Ability to use and effectively administrate the organization's HR policies, strategies and guidelines.
