What is the Opportunity?

                                          

The primary objective of the position is to enable the Personal Lending Pricing & Analytics team to support key strategic initiatives. The Analyst will be asked to acquire, transform, and analyze data to answer key business questions relating to strategy development and rollout of key initiatives. The Analyst will report to the Director of Pricing & Analytics on an 8 month contract, with additional support from the rest of the team.

What will you do?

Be responsible for the analysis, design and creation of tracking reports to support our partners in the sales force
Design and structure weekly reporting framework to drive insights and strategy decisions
Provide weekly progress report updates for leadership; including training/guidance on how to use the reports and supporting analysis and interpretation
Deliver updates on bi-weekly progress of implementation results and outcomes, highlighting any trends to be addressed

What do you need to succeed? Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree; a quantitative field is preferred but not required (e.g. Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, etc.)
High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is required
Ability to demonstrate proficiency for critical thinking and analytics
Strong written and oral communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Equally effective and conversant in business and technical environments
Collaborative and supportive attitude

Nice to Have

SAS/SQL knowledge is strongly preferred but not required
Financial modelling proficiency is preferred but not required
