What is the Opportunity?
As a Manager, Regional Marketing and Event execution, you will support the planning and execution of events and client hosting opportunities to ensure they drive a consistent brand and differentiated client experience.
What will you do? (3-8 points)
Support the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing to plan and execute events and hosting opportunities for RBC high net worth clients
Deliver superior client events and consumer experiences in support of our regional marketing and line of business teams
Support the marketing and sponsorship partnership execution to drive brand engagement and support the growth strategy within priority segments
Provide timely advice and execution tools to support implementation of national and regional events taking place across North America
Support post event activities such as reconciliation of budgets, measurement and surveys
What do you need to succeed? (Must-have limited to about 4-6 points, Nice-to-have limited to about 3-4 points)
Must Have
College or University degree in marketing, event management or a related field
Excellent project management, organizational skills and attention to details
Strong written and oral communication skills.The ability to travel within Canada and USA.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in hosting clients and managing external facing events
Up to date with the latest trends in experiential marketing
Experience working with agencies effectively managing creative briefs, overseeing creative assets and execution of resources
Bi-lingual in French and English
