What is the job?
You will carry out compliance, support, development, and integration activities required to provide a robust and reliable mobile messaging infrastructure for all Business, Functional and Geographical units within RBC
What will you do?
Mainly, you will perform risk management and application management activities required to maintain a secure and compliant mobility infrastructure within RBC. With your programming skills you will assist with automating compliance and operational workflows for improved efficiencies.

Review and understand compliance policies and procedures
Participate in operational risk activities/controls
Validate end user compliance across multiple applications
Review data retention and deletion conditions
Perform risk and control assessments
What will help you succeed in this role?
Required:
Enthusiasm, an aptitude for learning, and the desire or willingness to make a difference
Knowledge of wireless networks, administration of mobile devices via a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, and operational risk controls
Python or VBA Knowledge
Others:
General knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
Technical or operational support experience - 2 years
Java or .Net knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving, decision making, research, and analytical skills
Ability to take personal initiatives (i.e. Thinking of new ideas and approaches; assertively following up on needed items)
Ability to work well within and across teams
