What is the opportunity?
This is an opportunity to leverage your customer service, relationship and analytical skills to serve RBC employees across all lines of business with the best mobile experience at the bank. The Mobility Provisioning Services team at RBC is responsible for working with carriers and vendors to ensure employees have the access to order mobile devices and wireless plans to serve their business needs.
What will you do?
Support mobility provisioning service requests for order fulfillment, account changes, ownership changes, asset record updates, billing issues and escalations
Review and manage the wireless portfolio for high usage, billing discrepancies, cost optimization, etc.
Monitor provisioning queue management for orders, disconnects, employee transfers and record updates
Troubleshoot with the carrier on provisioning-related service or coverage issues
Document, create and update end user self-serve content or information
Facilitate and manage small change management initiatives
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Analytical thinking with intermediate experience in data reporting and VLookups in Excel
Ability to work independently, make judgement calls and work with ambiguity
Detailed-oriented and pays close attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and self-motivated
Strong collaboration skills and team-player
Nice to Have
Fluent verbal and written skills in French
Experiencing working with wireless carriers and vendors
Experience working with the following applications/systems: ServiceNow Incident Management module, Telemanager (or Telecom Expense Management Tools), Slack, TeamsSharepoint, MS Office
