Job Description
What will you do?
Maintain project forecasts and financials in Planview
Create financial reports for regular Steering Committee and to support adhoc requests
Manage and maintain portfolio/project documents, SharePoint sites and online dashboards.
Support weekly/monthly processes such as status reports, invoice reconciliation and payments, timesheet validation, portfolio reporting
Support Portfolio Manager and Project Management team with adhoc activities such as scheduling meetings, governance artifacts and onboarding/offboarding tasks etc.
Contribute to project communications including meeting minutes and action item logs
Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
1-2 years of Project Control Officer or Project Management Associate experience at a financial institution.
Experience with managing portfolio and project financials, resource allocations, consolidated project/portfolio schedules.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create executive-quality dashboards and reports
Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Macros, Pivots, VLOOKUP)
Attention to detail and strong organization skills, comfortable with executive transparency, sensitivity.
Experience working with senior stakeholders – director and up

The Project Control Officer is responsible for supporting the coordination/administration functions of multiple projects, and financial management and reporting at the project and portfolio level. They will provide support to the Project Managers ensuring schedules are accurately developed, maintained and resources are managed.
