This non technical/administrative/clerical position offers the opportunity to meet and work with several cross functional teams dealing in the wireless technology of tomorrow.
Our development centre serves in four areas “Proof of Concept”, “RFP multi- vendor demonstrations”, “Life cycle management” and Handsets (Terminal Development). We are looking for a candidate who is driven to succeed on behalf of their client and possesses the maturity and desire to understand process and to help to suggest change when required.
This is a non technical Support position, within the Wireless Technology Innovation Centre, providing a single point of contact for resource management.
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to comfortably engage in face to face discussion with clients, vendors and employees.
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to learn applications and programs for management of resources and will also speak to new hires and conduct tours of the facility.
The candidate will also provide daily support for unlocking devices, provisioning devices in NMI, Purchasing, Monthly reports, Security Badges and access management, shipping , PO request generation and Goods Receipt for the WNTD team and PMs, Assisting project teams with executing test case and support as needed, administering the yearly Lab Survey, be backup for Department ADMIN, and Lab Project Schedule.
