Job Description:

 

This opportunity is part of the Learning & Engagement Team within the Human Resources organization, reporting to the Senior Consultant, Diversity & Inclusion. Our team is responsible for developing and managing Bell-wide diversity & inclusion strategies, engagement initiatives, programs and tools to drive a high performance culture and organizational effectiveness. We are looking for a results-oriented project manager with a passion to drive corporate diversity and inclusion to join the team.

The successful candidate will support the execution of Bell’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy by providing administrative support in the delivery of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, liaising with internal and external partners and driving impactful results.
 

 

Job Duties/Accountabilities:



Communications Development – Support the execution of our Diversity & Inclusion communication plan by seeking ways to build awareness, increase overall employee engagement and promote inclusion.


Project Management – Able to demonstrate initiative and manage key initiatives, campaigns and tactics that are impactful and integrated with other key Bell priorities. Ensures results are of the highest caliber.


Relationship Management – Work with ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and employee-led Diversity Councils by supporting activities, communications and events.


Membership – Help manage external relationships with diversity stakeholders to attain maximum ROI for Bell and partner with Community Affairs to support diversity-related community partnerships and sponsorships.


Reporting – Support the preparation of Employment Equity, Corporate Responsibility and Employee Engagement reports.

 


Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

 

  • English/ French bilingualism preferred
  • Work experience with mid-sized to large enterprises
  • Project management, employee engagement and analytical experience
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Be a positive, organized and inquisitive team member
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with partners at all levels
  • Passionate and committed to inclusive practices
