Job Description:

You’ll be a member of the brand team responsible for project managing the execution and development of marketing and transactional communication campaigns from agency briefings to creative development, to production and testing. This includes digital tactics such as email as well as traditional tactics such as inserts, and packaging. As a team Member of the Direct Marketing/Member Experience team, it’s important to live like a Member and understand the customer perspective and journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution and development of direct marketing communications (SMS, email, IVTM, Push Notifications, etc) for transactional and marketing requests
• Manage Member Benefit communication portfolio, working closely with respective teams on alignment, approvals, execution and reporting
• Execute packaging updates and new packaging requirements as per campaign briefs
• Manage direct communications analytic reporting spreadsheets and create engaging reporting presentations
• Co-brief & brief direct agency on direct communication requirements and creative needs
• Brief internal creative services team as needed
• Marcom calendar management
• Manage team status documents and bi-weekly team touch-points
• Ensure all stakeholders are made aware of program initiatives and all key dates, following workback schedules
• Proofread/cross-reference communications to ensure alignment across all brands
• Manage SMS/email communication testing
• Secure cross functional approvals
• Work with Business Intelligence teams on data requirements for projects, including segmentation & targeting
• Ensure Member Experience in all channels aligns with project deliverables

• Direct marketing experience (1-2) years

• Possess very strong attention to detail and highly organized
