Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include mobility, managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

The Learning and Development Team plays an essential role in driving Sales efficiency and productivity through our leadership delivering high impactful training programs.

 

Role Description:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Sales Enablement, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible mainly to deliver/facilitate training on product, process as well as sales competency training initiatives. This will also include delivery of onboarding training programs. This role addresses the business sales channels at Bell Business Markets, which include a community of over 1000 sales reps located in all Canadian major cities.

He/She will be responsible for staying current on training best practices, on product portfolio evolution and on relevant applications such as office applications and webinar tools to deliver highly effective and interactive training sessions in both live or in remote work environments.

The position requires an individual who demonstrates a strong understanding of team dynamics, adult learning principles, and ability to manage multiple projects without missing a beat.  Industry experience required.  The candidate must be customer oriented, have a positive and dynamic attitude and have strong organizing and logistics skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and facilitate training to employees, both virtually and in person
Define measurable and achievable performance and training objectives
Prioritize training requirements
Schedule and coordinate logistics to support the training
Track training performance for all types of training and produce training reports
Partner with team members to deliver ad-hoc training requirements

 

 

 Critical Competencies and Qualities: 

2-3 year experience in training facilitation
Proven ability to deliver training to a sales audience
English speaking (French is an asset)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Great time and priority management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to make decisions quickly and act on them accordingly

Ability to learn and use new technologies

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies :

1 to 2 years of experience within the Telecom industry
1 to 2 years of experience with B2B Sales
Education studies or work experience in that domain

Working hours: Full time, flexible working hours following the learners’ schedule

Working Conditions: 

Hybrid (office and from home)

Must be flexible to travel (with occasional extended stay) to deliver training programs in other Canadian cities
