Job Title:  Pricing Analyst

The incumbent will support the Pricing team for Bell Business Markets. This individual will possess the organizational, analytical, and communication skills to drive executive-level pricing decisions. The incumbent will have strong business acumen, as well as the curiosity to uncover profitability and process improvements opportunities.

Job Function:

Analyze pricing data to support pricing recommendations and decisions
Develop and maintain price tracking and reporting templates, Excel-based tools and scorecards
Able to create business cases, work on presentations and present if required
Draw out insights based on performance, market, competitive, and customer data
Find ways to improve pricing processes/procedures

Skills and Competencies:

Strong Excel skills including advanced knowledge of formulas (pivots, nested if statements) and macro development including Visual Basic coding; knowledge of Python will be a plus
Strong analytical skills to scrub data, analyze data, interpret results and draw out insights
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data / information
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast changing environment
Strong business acumen
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to influence Sales and Management
Strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills
Knowledge of Telecom Services a plus
French language skills (written and verbal) a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, a plus

Level of Experience Required:

Exceptional recent graduates welcome
Business experience a plus

Education Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in an analytical discipline, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Economics
Graduate education and membership to industry or professional associations a plus
