Job Description:

Role Summary:

A major business objective is to change, optimize and improve the manner in which we process and deliver service to our GRS Clients. With that objective in mind, the strategy for us is to leverage staff with a solid knowledge of the GRS business and our operational processes in order to ensure we can effectively and efficiently align the work to the teams necessary to execute all functions.   The Workflow Coordinator will monitor multiple incoming sources to review for completeness, triage to the correct team and where necessary follow up for the missing pertinent details in order to allow processing to take place.  The workflow coordinator is a key member of the service chain and requires a strong GRS Operational knowledge in order to ensure there is no breakdowns in the client experience during the processing of the work items.  Focus areas include attention to detail, knowledge of the operating model, problem solving skills and the ability to communicate in writing with our clients where necessary to expedite the client service experience.  

Main Accountabilities:

  • Workflow Coordination
  • Triage multiple incoming databases and sources of work
  • Determine appropriate action necessary for each inquiry/request
  • Assign the work item to the correct Work Team
  • Create the Work Item (Case) in the Workflow system (Ultera) and index images as necessary
  • Request missing information on straight forward requests – written communication to our clients
  • Maintain service levels for the movement of work between the incoming databases and the work team queues
  • Support a “change management” environment.
  • Provide continuous improvements recommendations and strategies that increase and promote efficiency and effectiveness of the service model
