As a member of the TELUS Global Partner Management team within TELUS Partner Solutions, you will be a key player to develop and deliver business performance information in support of our growth strategy. Success will be achieved by supporting TELUS national high speed internet product. Specifically, you will be working closely with internal sales account primes, vendor managers, and third party carriers to perform pre-qualifications for high speed internet availability with our third party carriers. Your ability to understand the high speed internet marketplace and available carriers, sales force, billing systems, reporting databases and customer agreements will enable meaningful carrier selection decision-making that improves strategy development, revenue/cost management, customer experience and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written). He/She will take initiative to constantly and consistently apply their analytical, project management, and relationship skills to excel TELUS national high speed internet business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and pre-qualifications for third party carriers.
- Liaison and escalate deliverables to third party carriers.
- Support internal sales requests for third party internet.
- Initiate enhancements or cost reduction projects to improve the prequalification process.
Required Knowledge:
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, financial reporting and business statistics
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry, specifically internet carriers, including market and regulatory dynamics
- Knowledge continuous improvement methodologies
- Good understanding of TELUS solutions set

Required Professional Designation/Certification:
- University degree in business administration, finance or equivalent and/or 5-7 years equivalent combination of experience and education
Required Experience:
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills a must
- Strong Excel background
- Experience working in fast paced continually changing environments
