Position: Business Analyst with technical understanding
Responsibilities:
- help onboard customers onto our Products
- be their single point of contact at TELUS
- manage project work with customers
- work with various teams within TELUS and our Vendors
- customers communications by phone, email and other virtual forums
- process improvements
- tracking of customers, their activities and status
- engage and offer feedback for system upgrades for better customer experience
- ability to update and communicate with internal stakeholders
Other KRA's:
- Technical and telecom knowledge will be a benefit
- Proficiency in Google apps and Gmail
- Verbal communications are essential and the candidate must be clear and concise with English as they will be dealing verbally with customers. Fluency in French is an added bonus.
