Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Sales Analyst to join our TELUS Partner Solution’s Business Sales Analyst team. The role combines sales support, revenue growth initiatives, and process improvement leadership. You will serve as a crucial liaison between sales, operations, and customers, driving business efficiency while ensuring exceptional customer service.
The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex contract lifecycles and support revenue growth initiatives. The successful candidate will balance analytical expertise with strong relationship management skills, working cross-functionally to optimize business operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Growth
Expedite customer setup in TELUS systems
Establish success criteria for new logos and large deals
Support TELUS Partner Solutions Sales team in revenue growth and acquisition within assigned accounts
Contract Management and Financial Oversight
Generate, evaluate, and analyze contract renewal reports in coordination with sales and product marketing teams
Conduct monthly reviews of expiring contracts and provide 90-day AR visibility
Manage implementation of negotiated contract rate changes
Customer Support and Advocacy
Interpret client contracts to understand deliverables and address billing disputes
Support custom invoicing activities and non-standard ordering processes
Act as an internal advocate for customers dealing with service issues
Process Improvement and Leadership
Identification and implementation of Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs)
Streamline business processes to increase efficiency and performance
Communication and Compliance
Send appropriate notifications for Tariff and large renewals
Ensure timely and effective communication across all responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
3+ years of sales support or business analysis experience
Proficiency in SFDC, Tableau, and billing systems
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), French and English
Experience with customer agreements and financial analysis
Technical Skills
Experience with SFDC and Tableau
Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services
Ability to interpret complex customer contracts and billing systems
