Slalom is hiring Summer Interns!
Our goal is to give hands-on, real world consulting experience where students love their work and see their future at Slalom. Our program is feedback driven and always evolving allowing the student voice and interest to drive their experience. The learning experience is a combination of virtual classroom sessions, on demand learning, project-based work and mentorship from senior consultants. Students are also encouraged to participate in company events, community groups, and other internal initiatives during their summer with us.

Data & Analytics Intern – Toronto
So, what will I do?
You will utilize cutting-edge Data & Analytics best practices and leverage new technologies
You will be exposed to our exciting work within a range of analytics capabilities in the larger Data & Analytics group at Slalom.
Help deliver descriptive, predictive, and analytical solutions to support our sales pursuits and client delivery engagements
Work in small teams to deliver data pipelines and data models for our clients
Use a variety of modern technologies like Python, SQL, Azure, and AWS
Bring new ideas, passion, and energy to your work
Develop an understanding of the capabilities and services Slalom delivers
Qualifications:
Enrolled in a Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related degree and must be enrolled in 3rd year or 4th year undergraduate or college post-secondary program or graduating in 2023
Knowledge of SQL or Python
Nice to have exposure:
Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure & GCP)
Tableau or Power BI
Available for full time (40 hours/week) from May 15 to September 1, 2023
Only new Slalom hires are eligible for the internship program
Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
