Slalom is hiring Summer Interns!
Our goal is to give hands-on, real world consulting experience where students love their work and see their future at Slalom. Our program is feedback driven and always evolving allowing the student voice and interest to drive their experience. The learning experience is a combination of virtual classroom sessions, on demand learning, project-based work and mentorship from senior consultants. Students are also encouraged to participate in company events, community groups, and other internal initiatives during their summer with us.

So, what will I do?
Support Business Analysis such as sales metrics, industry research, and alliance partners
Business Development Support such as account planning, proposal development, and content creation
Supporting Client Engagement by aiding in customer survey analysis, and account management support
Assist with account planning, management, and documentation
Lead the initiative to streamline team communication platforms and processes
Build experiences with assisting in organizing a virtual webinar in alliance with leading partners
Conduct industry research, build road maps and client pursuits
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to demonstrate quantitative skills, an analytical thought process, and excellent communication skills
Passionate and interested about helping Canadian businesses excel
Self-starter comfortable with task ambiguity, enjoy discovering solutions to tasks
Have a learning mindset and willingness to produce outcomes
Enrolled a business related post-secondary program (must be enrolled in 2nd year, 3rd year or 4th year undergraduate or college post-secondary program or graduating in 2023)
Available for full time (40 hours/week) from May 15 to September 1, 2023
Only new Slalom hires are eligible for the internship program
Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
