Position Summary

We are seeking an Office Manager who will perform a variety of administrative and staff support duties which require a range of skills and a knowledge of organizational policies and procedures for the dealership's management team, principal(s) or other management personnel. You will assist and direct visitors, resolve administrative problems and inquiries; and prepare a range of administrative documents.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Executive Assistance and Office Support
  • Proposals and Project Support
  • Filing and Administration
  • Office inventory maintenance
  • Providing excellent administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring day-to-day administrative duties run smoothly
  • Receives outgoing mail and ensures it has proper postage.  Posts outgoing mail.
  • Receives and routes incoming mail to appropriate internal departments and personnel.
  • Planning and coordinating a broad scope of office activities, including meetings and special events
  • Responsible for presentation preparation for full staff meetings.

What we are looking for

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a related position with strong knowledge of general office procedures
  • Relevant university degree or college certificate
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Professional manner
