Reporting to the Manager, Logistics, Fire & Emergency Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Logistics divsion. This is an in-office Monday to Friday between 8:30 - 5:00
Location: 8100 Warden Avenue (Warden & 407)
Logistics
- Order and maintain office supplies and process invoices
- Order and maintain medical inventory supplies
- Conduct user survey (clothing/equipment)
- Research on new suppliers
Finance
- Assist in processing invoices
- Conduct VISA reconciliation while ensuring payments are charged against the proper account number and in accordance with internal policies
Administrative
- Responsible for the minutes of department meetings
- Provide overall office administration support, ie. receptionist duty
- Respond to public inquiries received via telephone and/or email
- Digitization of documents
- Data entry
Qualifications:
- 2 years customer service experience
- Previous experience with administration in an office setting
- Tenacity, initiative and drive balanced with flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization skills, sense of urgency, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Ability to work with multiple priorities, in a fast paced changing environment.
