Our company is currently seeking an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our Griffintown office as well as other general office duties and errands. Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- General cleaning: washroom and kitchen daily, aquarium and storage monthly
- Order all office supplies and cleaning products
- Order and prepare vegetables and fruits, coffee
- Order lunches for meetings as needed
- Maintaining supply inventory
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Receiving, sorting, classifying, and placing material or mail
- Scanning documents
- Filing
- Performing other day to day administrative duties as required
- Assist in organizing events/activities
- Company announcements/memos
- Other various projects
