Our Toronto office is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our team!
The Talent Coordinator will provide exceptional support to the talent management department in the areas of administration, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, learning & development, and other talent processes.
Assist with new hire onboarding and employee departures
Work closely with the Talent Management and Talent Operations team to input, submit and process employee changes
Create and maintain accurate and confidential personnel files
Remain detail orientated when preparing and drafting forms, letters, reports, and memos
Assist in audit programs
Review and audit reports, and follow up when required
Communicate employee changes to internal stakeholders
Respond to internal and external Human Resources related inquiries, including employment verifications
Assist with early stage recruiting by generating requisitions for approval, create and maintain job descriptions, post jobs, etc.
Participate in Talent team initiatives and projects
Additional duties as assigned
- A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented is essential
- Must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Works well independently and on a team
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). UltiPro/Ultimate Software, Lattice and/or iCIMS considered an asset
- Strong customer service orientation
