Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the organization's growth through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring new employees
• Develop recruitment strategies that support the short and long-term goals of the organization and attract new qualified applicants
Manage applicants throughout the internal interview process, setting up technical screenings
• Networking with internal employees, professional associations, and educational institutions to source, identify and attract top talent
• Support hiring managers through the recruitment process through setting and meeting appropriate expectations, building relationships that foster trust and result in better recruitment outcomes
• Guide decision-makers through the applicant selection and offer negotiation process • Initiate and complete reference checks
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with high volume recruitment
2+ years of experience in HR and/or as a Recruiter
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Time management and organizational skills
Proactive
