AIP&P Industries is a pioneering manufacturer and supplier of consumables in the plastic card industry. We are currently looking for an Office Administrator. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, answer and respond to calls and emails, and perform accounting tasks. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
Duties:
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
Coordinate project deliverables and arrange shipments by communicating with customers, the warehouse team, and transportation companies.
Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and tracking the inventory
Provide administrative support for the production team and monitor the production schedule
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years’ experience working in an office setting (experience in supply chain industry is preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks software
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Customer-service oriented
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
