Job Description:


We are a small, 20-year-old family company. The candidate would represent the 4th member of our team. BrandFusion Ltd. Group of Companies also includes 361 Degrees Inc. and Custom Flavors Ltd. Our BrandFusion division outsources the manufacturing of consumer package goods and sells them to grocery stores across Canada – its main brand is Kernels Extraordinary Popcorn. 361 Degrees develops, outsources the manufacturing of alcoholic beverages and sells them to liquor boards, such as the LCBO – its main brands are Crazy Uncle Hard Soda for Grown-Ups, and Distilleria Amalfi & Co cocktails. Custom Flavors develops and sells flavours and colours to food manufacturers - such as candy, chocolate and bakery companies.

Please note: the Accounting Clerk position requires the individual to be physically present in the office. 


  • Quick Books: Intermediate to advanced experience to ensure the maintenance of the General Ledgers for 3 businesses
  • Previous supply chain experience in the grocery and/or liquor board sectors would be a bonus, but is not mandatory

Accounting Clerk:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Receive, reconcile and post supplier invoices to GL
  • Issue weekly payments to suppliers (print and mail cheques and/or online payments)

Accounts Receivable

  • Issue customer invoices and post to GL
  • Post customer multiple credit notes, various rebate programs and deductions to GL
  • Reconcile customer payments received and post to GL
  • File all associated paperwork in a highly organized manner

General book-keeping tasks

  • Monthly bank statement reconciliations to GL
  • Make regular, timely government HST and Corporate Tax remittances
  • File all associated paperwork for A/R & A/P in an organized manner

Order Fulfillment:

  • Process online customer orders (i.e. from grocery stores and alcohol stores), and arrange for product releases
  • Arrange for order pick-ups and delivery with various transportation carriers
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, based on management’s guidance
