Job Description:

Accounts Payable Intern

• Support the Project Accounting team by assisting with all accounts payable activities for approximately 8-10 active real estate development projects under construction and pre-development, including:

1. Daily review of accounts payable e-mail inbox and saving invoices received through the inbox
2. Respond to vendor inquiries
3. Sort and file invoices by project as directed by Project team
4. Code and enter invoices into the Jonas accounting system for processing
5. Assist with electronic utility payments
6. File HST returns
7. Save any other project related documentation
8. Download and save monthly bank statements for all projects;
9. Ad hoc project accounting tasks.
