We are currently seeking an attentive, organized and collaborative Accounts Receivable Analyst in Finance department with processing deposits and maintaining receivable ledger, as well as other accounting and administrative needs
Position Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Reporting to: Supervisor, AP & AR
Type of Employment: Contract, 37.5 hours per week
Work Location: Toronto
Duties
- Process customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Deposit funds deposits and reconcile client accounts
- Support Finance team by tracking sales data and assisting with order processing
- Help prepare and review sales reports and account statements
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to AR
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and sales teams
Skills & Requirements
- A Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is desirable.
- Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
- A genuine interest in and aptitude for Finance.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures and computerized systems.
- Ability to work independently while also possessing a spirit of collaboration and team work.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 is considered an asset but not required.
