Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into closed deals and expanding existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-‑selling products and services.
Reporting Relationship
Reports to: Director Partnership, Growth and Community Engagement
Works closely with: Partnerships, Customer Success, Project and Delivery teams
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Deal Closure
Proactively follow up on inbound and outbound leads to qualify opportunities
Convert qualified leads into closed deals using a consultative sales approach
Own the sales cycle from initial contact through deal close
Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data in the CRM
Upselling & Cross‑Selling
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional products or services
Cross‑sell complementary offerings based on customer needs and growth potential
Position bundled or expanded solutions to increase customer lifetime value
Pipeline & Sales Growth Support
Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline aligned to targets
Track activities, follow‑ups, and deal stages to support forecasting accuracy
Contribute to achieving individual and team revenue goals
Client Engagement & Collaboration
Establish strong relationships with prospects and customers
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and buying drivers
Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Support renewals and expansion conversations as needed
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role
Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Results‑driven, self-motivated, and customer focused mindset
Experience selling professional services, technology, or subscription‑based offerings is considered a strong asset
Experience with upselling and cross‑selling strategies
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
