What will you do? Support Talent Strategy team with activities and projects focused on launching our new Colleague Value Proposition (Employer Brand) such as:
Support Sr. Manager, Employer Branding in building strategic brand awareness campaigns aligned to strategic initiatives in the organization.
Contribute to the development and design of all candidate attraction activities including content marketing, digital and social media
Conduct research to help launch employment branding messaging.
Support projects with internal marketing, communications and digital media teams to identify opportunities and solutions to support recruitment and employer brand goals.
Provide feedback and suggestions for any improvements to the recruitment process, standards and tools that will help improve the overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Strong documentation, organization and project management skills
Proven track record of teamwork, initiative and ownership to drive processes and solve problems
Ability to learn in a quick paced environment and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong technical familiarity with design programs such as Adobe or Canva, social media platforms and Microsoft Office programs
Academic background in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or UX/UI is an asset
Hybrid role working from the 1PCC office in Brampton, 35/hours per week.
